AI Features
Tamloot uses AI so you can stay present in the conversation while the documentation takes care of itself — and so patterns across conversations don't slip past you.
Session Notes
Once a session is transcribed, Tamloot writes a structured set of notes. The exact mix adapts to the conversation, but usually includes:
- Summary — a brief overview of what was discussed
- Key themes — the main topics and patterns
- Action items — for you and for the person you met
- Professional notes — observations formatted for your records
Notes are generated in the session's language (English or Hebrew). Every block is editable — click into it and type; changes save automatically.
Tamloot also pulls tasks out of the conversation onto your Tasks page, and quietly builds up memory about each contact so later sessions have continuity.
Meeting Prep
Before a session with someone you've met before, Tamloot prepares a short brief: who they are, what you covered last time, commitments made, and suggested focus areas.
Prep appears at the top of the scheduled session, generally 1–3 days ahead, and can be regenerated on demand. It needs prior history with that contact — a first-ever session won't have prep.
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant page in the sidebar is a full conversation grounded in your sessions, contacts, and notes. It can summarize, find patterns across conversations, draft follow-ups, and save notes back to a session.

Memory
Tamloot keeps an editable set of facts — about you (Settings → Memories) and about each contact (on their profile). This is what gives the AI continuity across months of conversations. Click into either one to edit or remove anything; changes save as you type.
Privacy
Your session content is never used to train public or external AI models, and it's never sold. The AI only ever reads your own data — never another user's.
AI features require your consent to process transcripts and chat messages. You can withdraw it in Settings, which turns the AI features off.
