# Connectors and Calendar

Open **Connectors** in the dashboard, or in iPhone Settings. Choose **Connect**, sign in to the provider, and grant the requested permissions.

## Choose what to connect

| Connector | What it adds |
|---|---|
| **Google** | Calendar sync, Google Docs export, and Meet links |
| **Gmail** | Search, read, draft, send, and reply to email through the assistant |
| **Zoom** | Zoom links for sessions; recording still uses the desktop app |
| **ClickUp / Notion** | Read and update tasks or workspace content through the assistant |
| **OneDrive** | Search, read, upload, and share files through the assistant |
| **WhatsApp / Telegram** | Chat with your Tamloot assistant in those apps |

**Google and Gmail are separate connections.** Connect Gmail for email, even if Google is already connected. For Instagram DMs and post insights, ask the assistant to connect Instagram.

## Schedule a session

With Google connected, calendar events sync into Tamloot automatically. Open **Calendar** for month or week view, or create a session with a title, contact, and time. You can add it to Google Calendar with a Meet or Zoom link.

You can also ask the assistant to find a free time and schedule with a saved contact. It confirms the time, guests, and invitation emails first. Ask it not to send invitations if needed.

Personal booking links are **early access**. [Contact support](/en/support) to ask about availability.

## Fix a connection

If calendar sync stops, reconnect Google and **keep every requested permission checked**. Calendar access may be missing even when the account looks connected.

You can disconnect tools from the same page. Gmail, Zoom, ClickUp, Notion, OneDrive, and Instagram use Composio. Google, WhatsApp, and Telegram connect directly. See the [Trust Center](/en/trust). Tools under **Request access** aren't generally available yet.
