# The Dashboard

Sign in at [app.tamloot.cc](https://app.tamloot.cc) for recent conversations, upcoming sessions, and a quick way to ask the assistant.

## On the home page

- **Record session** starts an in-person recording through your microphone.
- **Upload recording** adds audio you already have.
- **Ask the assistant** from the question box. Your question opens in the full chat.
- **Recent sessions** shows conversations from the past week with their open tasks.
- **Coming up this week** shows what's next.

A short setup checklist appears until you finish or dismiss it. Empty sections stay hidden.

For online calls, use the extension or desktop app. Find their install links under **Recording Tools** in the sidebar.
