# Privacy and Settings

Open **Settings** from the dashboard sidebar. On iPhone, tap your profile picture on Home.

## Control recordings and data

In **Settings → Privacy**:

- **Auto-delete recordings** removes audio after the number of days you choose. Sessions, transcripts, and notes stay. It's off until you enable it.
- **Export my data** gives you a download link valid for about 15 minutes.
- **AI consent** controls processing for notes, prep, and chat. Withdrawing consent turns AI features off.
- **Delete account** permanently removes your account data.

To remove a single session, open it and use its delete option.

## Personalize Tamloot

Use **General** for your profile, business details, English or Hebrew, and appearance. Review the AI's facts about you under **Memories**. Manage colored labels under **Tags**.
