Recording with Invite Bot
The simplest recording method — works directly from your browser with no installation. Paste your Zoom or Google Meet link and a bot joins your meeting to record.

Recording an In-Person Session
Record frontal (face-to-face) sessions using your phone or any recording device, then upload the audio file to Tamloot for transcription and AI notes.

Recording with the Desktop App
The Tamloot desktop app runs on macOS and Windows and records your Zoom meetings locally using the Recall.ai SDK. It automatically detects active Zoom meetings and lets you start recording with one click.

Recording with the Chrome Extension
The Tamloot Chrome extension captures audio directly from your Google Meet or Zoom web sessions. It records both meeting audio and optionally your microphone for better transcription quality.

Uploading an Audio File
Already have a recording from an external source? Upload it directly to Tamloot for transcription and AI notes. Supports MP3, WAV, WebM, OGG, and M4A.

After Recording
Regardless of which method you use, Tamloot processes your session the same way:
- Transcription — Audio is transcribed automatically (usually takes 2–5 minutes)
- AI Notes — Claude generates a summary, key themes, client items, professional notes, and resources
- Dashboard — View everything in your dashboard under Sessions
Minimum recording duration is 2 minutes — shorter recordings are automatically skipped.
