# Recording Sessions

Choose the method that fits the conversation. All recordings sync to the same Tamloot account.

The desktop app also covers Google Meet, so you don't need both it and the extension. Both record automatically by default, with no bot joining the call.

On Android, sign in through your browser to record in person or upload audio. There is no native Android app.

## After recording

Open **Sessions** to follow progress: **Uploading → Processing → Completed**. Transcription and notes usually take a few minutes; longer recordings take longer.

The desktop app skips very short clips, roughly under 20 seconds. If processing stays stuck well beyond 5–10 minutes, [contact support](/en/support).

Always make sure everyone knows the conversation is being recorded.
