# Sessions and Contacts

Keep each conversation connected to the person, the notes, and the next steps.

## Find and edit a session

Open **Sessions** and search by title or person. Add contact or tag filters in the same search box, or switch between **Recorded** and **Scheduled**.

Select a session to read its transcript and notes. On desktop, it opens beside the list; on mobile, it opens as a full page.

- **My Notes** holds your own notes. Click any note block to edit; changes save automatically.
- **People** and **Tags** have a **+** button to add more. A session can have several people.
- **Copy all** copies the notes. **Export to Google Docs** needs the Google connector. The **⋮** menu includes downloading and regenerating notes.

## Build a contact's history

Go to **Contacts → Add Contact**. A name is required; email and phone are optional. On iPhone, **Import** adds people from your phone's contacts.

Open a contact to see their sessions, notes, and editable memory. To merge a duplicate on the web, open it and choose **⋮ → Merge into another contact…**. Check which contact you're keeping: merging can't be undone.

## Follow up with tasks

Open **Tasks** for action items grouped by session. Type under a session group to add one, click to edit, and check it off when done. Use search or the contact filter to narrow the list.

Create and edit colored tags in **Settings → Tags**, then apply them to sessions or contacts.
