# AI Features

Tamloot uses AI so you can stay present in the conversation while the documentation takes care of itself — and so patterns across conversations don't slip past you.

## Session Notes

Once a session is transcribed, Tamloot writes a structured set of notes. The exact mix adapts to the conversation, but usually includes:

- **Summary** — a brief overview of what was discussed
- **Key themes** — the main topics and patterns
- **Action items** — for you and for the person you met
- **Professional notes** — observations formatted for your records

Notes are generated in the session's language (English or Hebrew). Every block is editable — click into it and type; changes save automatically.

Tamloot also pulls **tasks** out of the conversation onto your Tasks page, and quietly builds up **memory** about each contact so later sessions have continuity.

## Meeting Prep

Before a session with someone you've met before, Tamloot prepares a short brief: who they are, what you covered last time, commitments made, and suggested focus areas.

Prep appears at the top of the scheduled session, generally **1–3 days ahead**, and can be regenerated on demand. It needs prior history with that contact — a first-ever session won't have prep.

## AI Assistant

The **AI Assistant** page in the sidebar is a full conversation grounded in your sessions, contacts, and notes. It can summarize, find patterns across conversations, draft follow-ups, and save notes back to a session.

## Memory

Tamloot keeps an editable set of facts — about you (**Settings → Memories**) and about each contact (on their profile). This is what gives the AI continuity across months of conversations. Click into either one to edit or remove anything; changes save as you type.

## Privacy

Your session content is never used to train public or external AI models, and it's never sold. The AI only ever reads your own data — never another user's.

AI features require your consent to process transcripts and chat messages. You can withdraw it in Settings, which turns the AI features off.
