Add a contact and record or upload a conversation using a supported recording method. Obtain the necessary consent before recording.

After transcription, review and edit the AI notes, action items, and extracted tasks. Link the session to the right contact.

Ask the assistant about your history, draft a follow-up, or save a note. Review AI output before using it. Connected tools require setup in Connectors.
Questions before you start
What can I give the assistant for context?
Use @mentions to choose a contact, open Ask AI from a session, or attach a file. A new chat resets the conversation context.
Can it work in other tools?
Supported tools must be connected in Connectors first. This page’s core workflows use Tamloot’s sessions, contacts, notes, and personal reminders.
When is a session available to the assistant?
Check that the session is Completed and linked to a contact. AI features require your consent to process transcripts and chat messages.
Should I review its answers?
Yes. AI can make mistakes. Check important details against your records and review drafts before using them.
