Recording with Invite Bot
The Invite Bot is the simplest way to record your online sessions with Tamloot — no software installation required. Just paste your meeting link, and a recording bot joins your meeting as a participant.
Works with both Zoom and Google Meet.
How It Works
- Paste your meeting URL into the Tamloot dashboard
- A bot joins your meeting as a participant named "Tamloot"
- Recording starts automatically when the bot joins
- Processing begins when the meeting ends — transcription and AI notes are generated
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Dashboard
Go to app.tamloot.cc and sign in to your account.
2. Click "Invite Bot"
Click the "Invite Bot" button on the dashboard.
3. Paste Your Meeting Link
Enter the meeting URL for your session. Supported formats:

https://meet.google.com/abc-defg-hij
4. Click "Join"
Click the "Join" button. Within seconds, the Tamloot bot will join your meeting as a participant.
You'll be redirected to the session page once created.
5. Start Your Session
Conduct your session as usual. The bot records silently in the background — your client will see "Tamloot" as a participant in the meeting.
6. End the Meeting
When the meeting ends (or when you remove the bot), recording stops and processing begins automatically:
- Transcription — Audio is transcribed (usually 2–5 minutes)
- AI Notes — Summary, key themes, client items, professional notes, and resources are generated
- Dashboard — View everything under Sessions in the dashboard
Why Use Invite Bot
- No installation — Works entirely from your browser, on any device
- Quick setup — Just paste a link and click Join
- Works with Zoom and Google Meet — Supports the two most popular meeting platforms
- Automatic processing — Recording, transcription, and AI notes happen without any extra steps
Tips
- Inform your client — Let participants know the session is being recorded before starting. The bot appears as a named participant ("Tamloot") in the meeting.
- Stable internet — Ensure you have a reliable internet connection for the best recording quality.
- Minimum duration — Recordings must be at least 2 minutes long. Shorter recordings are automatically skipped.
- Link to a client — Associate the session with a client for the best experience with AI notes and meeting prep.
- Other methods — You can also record using the Desktop App, Chrome Extension, or by uploading audio from an in-person session.
